Jermal is a solution driven business strategist who helps his clients focus on their goals and execute. Jermal believes by helping clients identify business priorities and focus resources, clients can improve business operations and achieve their goals with greater efficiency. Jermal has over two decades of experience, helping clients become more focused and effective in the execution of their business. As an attorney, Jermal practiced general business/corporate law helping clients build their businesses. Jermal joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2012, focusing on helping advisors build better businesses by implementing effective business and client management strategies helping hundreds of advisors and their teams increase productivity, client engagement and their bottom line. In 2018, Jermal served as the Chief Strategy Officer of a community bank integrating new business and systematic client engagement strategies into community banking. In addition to providing coaching services, he also serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for his family’s company and is a consultant and business advisor to variety of startups and small businesses. Jermal earned a B.S. in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana and his Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law. He held the General Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCCTM), and completed the Applied Behavioral Finance Certificate through the Investment & Wealth Institute.
Jermal lives in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife, Rachel, and their daughter Avery and son Leo. Jermal serves as a Director on the Industrial Development Board for the City of St. Louis and the Planned Giving Committee with the St. Louis Art Museum. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and fitness.
