Randy Bradshaw

Prior experience includes leading branch team performance nationally for Edward Jones.  Randy started his career as a Financial Advisor and grew into regional leader with over 1,200 branch teams.  He then moved into home office as a Principal and focused on Client Strategies and Client Transitions before leading Branch Team Performance responsible for the strategic direction, training, coaching, and motivation to drive performance across 19,000 Financial Advisors.
